What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address and message. Administrators who sign in to the site also have their account email processed by the hosting platform for authentication.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and handle any resulting business relationship (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract / our legitimate interest in answering enquiries — art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax records), and then deleted.
Recipients
Our hosting and application provider (Base44), which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Cookies & storage
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your language preference in your browser and, for signed-in administrators only, the session tokens needed to log in.
